Abstract
comparison of incidence of postpartum complication between painless delivery(spinal analgesia) and natural vaginal delivery(without any procedure) in pregnant women reffered to sabzevar shahid mobini hospital at 2015-2016 Background:labor pain created by progressive dilation of cervix,contraction and dilation of uterus,dilation or laceration of vagina,vulva or perinea.severity of labor pain related to potency and duration of uterus contraction and speed of cervical dilation.we decide to get this result that complication of this method(spinal analgesia) in comparison of natural vaginal delivery has not significant differences or not, and if there are not significant difference between two groups about this complication, we should attempt to run this method and decrease rate of cesarean section that done because of fear of labor pain. Methods and materials:this study done in pregnant women reffered to sabzevar shahid mobini hospitalat 2015-2016.before the beginning of this study ,we explain to participitants that this study is not interventional.110 pregnant women that satisfied to do spinal analgesia and 110 pregnant women that decide to do natural delivery compare together.information of this patients (including name,age,parity,fathers name,file number,admition time)registered.in this check list we ask detection or not detection of complication of this method(including headache,urinary retention ,pruritis,nasua and vomiting).information about vital sign before and after spinal analgesia,duration of second stage of delivery and infants apgar score registered(through files)..rate of seizure evaluated too.this evalution done to second group too.eventually this information delivered to spss(21th edition). Results: There are significant differences between two groups fromthe point of view hypotention, pruritis, prolongation of delivery second stage . There are not significant differences between two groups From the point of view headache, nausea or vomiting and eventually it was not reported in two groups from the point of view respiratory depression, seizure, maternal fever, urinary retention and apgar score decreasing . Conclusion: According to insignificant complication of spinal analgesia and because of decreasing of labour pain and unnecessary cesarean section, usage of this method suggested to pregnant women.
